"WHO AM I and WHY SHOULD YOU LISTEN TO ME"

            Hi everyone, as I promised myself I will be starting to write blogs regarding PERSONAL FINANCE, INVESTMENTS and SOME THINGS I HAVE LEARNED IN LIFE but before I begin, might as well get to know me first and my mentors.

First, who am I?, I am Justin Richmond Dy, I am an Accounting Student from the University of Sto.Tomas but besides being a full time student I am also trying to specialize in the field of PERSONAL FINANCE and INVESTMENTS. But my knowledge are not limited to those. I am also an Entrepreneur, a Real Estate Investor and an Internet Marketer. I also give talks and seminars regarding PERSONAL FINANCE and INVESTMENTS.

Next, what do I do to apply these skills?, At the young age of 19 started to learn about FINANCIAL PLANNING from International Marketing Group through the mentoring of my Marketing Director and other Financial Planners in the company. Today, I can say that I am a full fledged Financial Planner after taking up the Associate Financial Planner Course conducted by the Registered Financial Planners Philippines(RFP). Then I started Investing at Mutual Funds and eventually entered the Stock Market. I became fascinated with Investing and Trading to the point that I started to seek out other investment vehicles that is available in the country. That is the time I bumped into Forex or Currencies Trading. Let me warn you in advance though. Forex is not for the faint of heart. As I seek out other sources of Income I found that Real Estate Investing is also a very good source of Income. I became interested in it and eventually entered the business through the coaching  program of my Real Estate mentor whom I will be talking about in my next blog.                                             Lastly, looking for other sources of passive income and the trend of the business today, I found out that Internet Marketing is the new trend in business. Making money online is possible through blogging and marketing your products therefore in order to learn this things I seek out the mentoring of one of the most famous Internet Marketer in the Philippines. 

Learning all of these was not easy. It entails a lot of sacrifice and cost but believe me at the end of the day you will just realize that it was all worth the effort and the cost and that no monetary value can match the knowledge that these mentors can impart to you.
